In accordance with FAR 6.301, Requirement for Justification, the Contracting Officer determined not to identify the awardee by name in this justification. The award was made to the only responsible source capable of ensuring the continued safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of the existing Solar Panel System in support of Embassy Belmopan mission requirements. The acquisition was awarded as a firm-fixed-price purchase order.
