This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. All capability statements shall be submitted via email to Brusselsbids@state.gov not later than 14:00 CET (local Brussels time), 10 May 2026. Responses shall include sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the Government’s requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
