Conference Call A conference call will be organized by the U.S. Embassy for all interested bidders. The date and time will be provided in the solicitation. Attendance is mandatory for submission of a bid. Registration Requirements All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer, in accordance with FAR provision 52.204-7.
