The Embassy of the United States in Belgium will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement for the annual maintenance of 2 MP Liften elevators in the US Wing at the NATO HQ. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion but may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract with options years. The Government is not planning a site visit, and the time and date will be stated in the solicitation. All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.
