This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Embassy located in Brussels, Belgium intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for two utility vehicles. This solicitation is not a small business set-aside. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotation (RFQ). The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price, technically acceptable.
