The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the identified elevators, providing services that include but are not limited to: Monthly inspections and preventive maintenance of traction and winding drum elevators. 24/7 emergency response and minor adjustments. Predictive maintenance services for select USG residences. Annual no-load testing and 5-year load testing, as required by local codes. A full description of the required services and scope of work can be found in the attached documents.
