## Description

Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The Embassy of the United States in Belgium will launch the solicitation on the SAM.gov website when it is available. The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement to repair and restore the rear façade of an office building located within American Embassy Compound in Brussels, Belgium. The estimated area for repair and painting is 450 square meters on a four-story building.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion but may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. The Government is planning a site visit, and the time and date will be stated in the solicitation.

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
