Demolition, removal and disposal of the existing wall- and floor tiles and in the bathroom, existing sanitary items and equipment in the bathroom, including pipes, and the PVC flooring incl. glue. Removal of 4 existing ceiling lights. Refurbishment Walls and ceiling: plaster, level, clean, prime, paint to cover, incl. 16m2 floor covering material. Floor: Clean, grind and level the floor; New PVC flooring in the demolition area.
