## Description

The contractor shall perform painting services at U.S. Government-owned or -leased properties, for one base year and three option years, if exercised by the Government. Anticipated starting date is March 1, 2025. The Scope of Work includes an estimated number of 80 – 100 apartments per contract year (70% of them during May – September), with an average size of 170 square meters). The Government intends to pursue a single or Multiple awards in accordance with FAR 52.216-27.

Contract awards resulting from this solicitation will be to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offerors, who are responsible contractors. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
