## Description

This solicitation specification covers the Partial General Contractor for Construction Work, Civil Engineering Work & Interior Work of a USG-owned building in Vienna, Austria. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following:

Massive dust wall outdoor (incl. lockable access gate) and inside in 2 floors (incl. 2 lockable doors), protection measures and materials, scaffolds, lifting platforms, material lifts, etc Excavation for elevator shaft pit and relocation of utilities.

Refilling after completion of construction work Concrete work, shaft pit, formwork and rebar for shaft pit, insulation of masonry Exterior wall: Demolition of 2 windows, breakthroughs for 2 new doors/access to elevator Concrete work on exterior façade, ceiling edges in 2 floors, incl. formwork and rebar (2 new doors/ access to elevator) Cut and adjustment of flat roof edges/eaves, gutters and reconnection to the rainwater sewer system Dismantling the balcony paving, adjusting the roof sealing, and paving with existing material.

Façade refurbishment and painting in and around the affected areas Interior refurbishment in and around all affected areas: stone floor, parquet floor, walls and ceilings (plaster & paint) Connecting the roof drainage to the sewer system and preparing the fine grading for the outdoor areas. The contractor will be nominated as the construction contractor to the Vienna building authority (MA37) and signs the submission documents for building permit and confirmation of completion. Estimated size of the project according to FAR 36.204 is between $100,000 and $250,000.
