## Description

This tender specification covers the replacement of the cold water pipes in the basement of a USG-owned building in Vienna, Austria. The work consists of, but is not limited to the following:

Decommissioning, draining, disconnection and disposal of existing corroded cold water lines Surface- mounted installation of 65 linear meter of new cold water pipes Flushing cold water pipes after installation Pressure/leakage test Estimated size of the project according to FAR 36.204 is less than $25,000.
