## Description

Raise the patio, approximately 130 square meters of travertine tiles, about 2 to 2.5 inches. This will include the reconfiguring of the center patio stairs to match the newly raised patio. Install new ramp from existing patio to match the newly raised patio. Demolish the West side stairs and replace with a new ramp with handrails on both sides. Adjust the existing walkways to accommodate new patio ramp.
