The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible offeror submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with offerors in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. The Embassy will hold an online Pre-Quotation Conference on March 11th, 2026, at 10:00 AM AEST at the U.S. Embassy in Canberra.
