## Description

**Update:** Q&A attached June 18, 2025 The Contractor shall provide twelve (12) virtual workshops aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of public diplomacy (PD) staff, local and U.S., in U.S. diplomatic mission across the Pacific region, with a focus on Embassies in small island countries, for a maximum of 30 participants per session. The partner shall provide one interactive, virtual workshop per month for 12 months.

The workshops will cover a range of topics essential for navigating the contemporary information environment and effectively engaging with key audiences.

Intended topics and duration: 1. Navigating Contemporary Information Environment - 2 hours 2. Audience Analysis for PD - 2 hours 3. Theory of Change: PD Campaign Measurement - 2 hours 4. Survey Design and Best Practices - 2.5 hours 5. Narrative Strategy for PD Campaigns - 2.5 hours 6. Digital Storytelling - 2 hours 7. One-minute Video Strategies for PD - 2 hours 8. Creator Culture for Youth Engagement - 2 hours 9. Virtual Reality and Immersive Storytelling for PD - 2 hours 10. Fundamentals of Machine Learning and AI - 2 hours 11. AI for PD - 2 hours 12. Research Insights on Foreign Influence in Media Contexts - 2 hours.

The prices listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor monthly for Standard Services that have been satisfactorily performed.
