## Description

The U.S. Embassy Canberra invites you to submit a quotation for U.S. Embassy Fuel Cards. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 18 that follows this letter. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.

We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. *IMPORTANT* This Solicitation has been released on the SAM.gov website. To view and download the solicitation please visit the Sam.gov website and click on the Contract Opportunities link. You will then be able to input the solicitation number 19AS2025Q0007 into the Search Contract Opportunities field.Quotations are due by 4:00 PM AEST on March 5th, 2025.
