Expo 2027 Belgrade is a Specialized Exhibition registered by the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE), taking place May 15–August 15, 2027. The U.S. Pavilion will serve as an official representation of the United States, advancing U.S. foreign policy priorities, commercial promotion, and cultural diplomacy. The Pavilion is expected to welcome more than 4.1 million visitors and must reflect American innovation, values, and leadership. The U.S. Department of State (DoS) requires a fully integrated Operator to deliver expertise in large-scale event management, cultural programming, branding, visitor engagement, security, staffing, technical operations, protocol, and hospitality. They should ensure seamless daily operations, alignment with U.S. values, donor integration, innovation, and impactful visitor experiences.
