## Description

The Department utilizes an Emergency Notification and Accountability (ENA) solution that is Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) approved BlackBerry AtHOC system. The Department is seeking to renew licenses for the ENA and acquire maintenance and support labor for Tier 2 and Tier 3 helpdesk. DOS will acquire BlackBerry AtHOC licenses from certified BlackBerry resellers and maintenance and support services from BlackBerry AtHOC service providers to support the operations of the Department’s enterprise ENA system. The solicitation is set-aside exclusively for qualified SBA 8(a) contractors.
