## Description

This is a Solicitation Notice for specialized support from a cybersecurity service provider to assist foreign entities in enhancing their counter-DPRK cybersecurity posture. The State Department works with partner governments on implementation of these sanctions-related measures. This includes working with foreign financial sector firms and virtual asset service providers, with an emphasis on combatting DPRK theft and money-laundering within crypto-currency exchanges.

This acquisition is issued under full and open procedures. The estimated period of performance is one (1) twelve (12) months base period and two (2) 12 months option periods. Questions regarding the solicitation is due on 03 December 2024 at 10:00AM EST. Proposals is due on/before 13 January 2025 at/before 10:00AM EST.
