## Description

The Department of State’s ISN/CTR is funded by the Nonproliferation, Anti-terrorism, Demining and Related Programs (NADR) account. CTR’s global threat reduction programs are aimed at preventing proliferator states and nonstate actors from developing or acquiring weapons of mass destruction (WMD), advanced conventional weapons (ACW), delivery systems, and advanced and emerging technologies with WMD-applicability that could threaten the U.S. homeland and U.S. interests abroad.

The purpose of this solicitation is to provide professional, scientific, and technical services as well as administrative and budget management services to ISN/CTR. ISN/CTR’s mission began after the fall of the Soviet Union, and ISN/CTR’s threat reduction tools have been used to address a wide-range of nonproliferation challenges in the past thirty-plus years.

As threats from proliferator states and terrorists continue and evolve in the future, ISN/CTR will rely on professional, scientific, and technical services as well as administrative and budget management services in order to carry out ISN/CTR’s nonproliferation mission.
