These designs have been developed and validated through testing over the past 20 plus years. This effort will create a catalog of DS/PSD/RD’s work to serve as reference material for Department planners and designers supporting the Department’s overseas missions. DS/PSD/RD is soliciting proposals from qualified architecture and engineering firms to assemble this catalog and create the drawings, conceptual designs, and details required for a designer to implement the threat mitigation technologies into Department construction projects.
