The Contractor shall provide anticipated services including, but not limiting to, the following activities: Management and administration services include staffing, regular reporting on task orders, coordinating contractual actions, cost/finance management, QC/QA initiatives, and risk management programs. Subject Matter Expertise services include fulfilling mission objectives, evaluating operations, training, threat mitigation, counterintelligence/counterterrorism assessments, threat research, and providing consultation and routine training.
