This is a Sources Sought for Planning Purposes Only and is not a notice of solicitation issuance. Responses to this Sources Sought are strictly voluntary and will not affect any respondent's ability to submit an offer if, and when, a Request for Proposal (RFP) is released. There is NO bid package or solicitation document associated with this announcement. The requested information does not constitute a commitment, implied or otherwise, that a procurement action will be issued.

No entitlement to payment by the government for direct or indirect costs, or charges will arise as a result of the submission of contractor information. The government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any improperly identified proprietary information. Proprietary information will be safeguarded in accordance with, and pursuant to, the applicable federal laws and regulations.

The U.S. Department of State's (DoS), Bureau Office of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), is seeking information from small business sources interested in, and capable of, providing services under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 for Worldwide Design/Build General Construction Program.

Under this program, the Contractor shall provide design, construction documents, construction services and contract coordination and supervision, including but not limited to the management, professional design services, and construction services. See Amendment 01 Attachment for full Sources Sought Notice details. All changes are outlined in RED. This document supersedes all previous versions.
