Basis of Award: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) Contract Type: Hybrid Contract - Firm Fixed Price (FFP) for construction CLINs and Cost Reimbursable for the Defense Base Act (DBA) insurance The approximate acquisition schedule is as follows: The synopsis will be posted for at least fifteen (15) days. On or around June 25, 2024, the Government plans to post the solicitation on the System for Award Management (SAM): http://sam.gov. No paper copies will be mailed.
