## Description

The New American Center includes construction of the Rue Bartholonie on the existing Admin Compound in downtown Vientiane, Laos. The Admin Compound is a fully developed 1.78-acre site with multiple facilities that currently support Post operations, including the existing American Center, Warehouse/shops, Fueling Station, and a Pool & Cabana. Development of the New American Center will require demolition of the Pool & Cabana while the remaining functions remain active during construction. The New American Center project includes the design/build construction of the following:

New American Center Building Pedestrian (PCAC) Utility Building (UTL)
