## Description

The United States (U.S.) Department of State Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs (INL) has a requirement to support U.S. Government efforts to enhance the operational effectiveness of police in peacekeeping operations.

The goal of this program is to improve the capacity of partner countries to generate, train, deploy, and lead effective police officers and units in United Nations (UN) peacekeeping missions by providing capacity-building support and specialized training, mentoring and advising. IAW FAR 5.705(b), the subject contract action was awarded as a hybrid which includes labor hour CLINs for the required services and cost reimbursement CLINs for travel and ODCs.

After award, Labor Hour CLINs may be converted to Fixed-Price (FP) type CLINs via mutual agreement of the parties, based on the rates and labor categories agreed upon at the time of award.
