The SIP-2 project scope includes the design/build construction of the following: Architectural Upgrades Façade Restoration - The work will include limited replacement of cracked or deteriorating glass and stone panels, and all services necessary to fully restore the glass and aluminum window and limestone panels. Entry Courtyard waterproofing, and stone paver replacement. Interior Upgrades Upgraded finishes throughout (paint, flooring, Ceilings, misc. door replacement, signage, window treatment).
