All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.Offerors are reminded to carefully review all attachments, particularly Attachment J, which contains questions received and the government's responses. These clarifications may impact your proposal preparation.For any further questions, please follow the instructions provided in the solicitation for submitting inquiries.

The Department of State (DoS) Bureau of Diplomatic Security (DS), Office of Physical Security Programs (PSP), Facilities Security Division (FSD), Domestic Building Branch (DBB) has a requirement for construction surveillance services utilizing Construction Surveillance Technicians (CSTs) to support Construction Surveillance Detection Service operations via the CST Site Security Program (SSP).

The specific goal of the CST SSP is to detect unauthorized access to controlled areas, deter the introduction of unauthorized materials to the site, and to observe activities of construction workers and/or visitors(s) on site to prevent the implantation of clandestine surveillance devices or systems into the structure being constructed.
