Design-Build Construction of the Consulate Lease Fit-Out in Durban, South Africa. The Durban Consulate Lease Fit-Out project includes design and construction of a consulate space located in an occupied mixed-use retail/office complex. The project includes approximately 2,582 USM of space, including but not limited to Controlled Access Area (CAA), CAA, Parking Garage, Security, and USCG entry on ground level with Main Access Control (MAC). The project also includes work outside the U.S. Government (USG) lease limits for certain improvements, including but not limited to bollards, anti-climb infrastructure, and connections to local utilities.
