If you would like to participate, please send an email to TiranaBids@state.gov to obtain the solicitation package with technical details. The U.S. Government intends to award Blanket Purchase Agreement(s) (BPAs) to those firms that are technically acceptable, responsible, and clearly intend to sell services to the U.S. Government at market prices or below.
