The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) Office of Acquisition (OAQ) intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of RFO Part 6.103-1 (FAR Class Deviation 25-11) to Path Consulting in Virginia Beach, VA for training. This requirement is a continuation of last year's training evolution. The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the following: Instructor Qualifications: -Cleared before training occurs -Subject Matter Expert with minimum two (2) years experience -Instructional experience at the training facility -Must be the same as last year to ensure continuity, consistency, and progressive skill development Time: -Five (5) day training courseLocation: -1 (one) location with access to accomplish all training tasks -Within a six (6)-hour response to both SAC DC & SAC Baltimore This notice is for information purposes only and is not a Request for Quote (RFQ). A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
