## Description

Procure brand name only A-dec 500 dental delivery units with installation, deinstallation, removal, disposal, and on-site training for 20 dental delivery units with associated equipment at thirteen (13) locations throughout the United States.

Amendment 0001 to RFQ 192126FHQIHSCDDU1 Amendment 0001 is being issued in response to questions received. See attachment "2.4.1-Amend 0001_192126FHQIHSCDDU1_GovResponses to Questions". No other solicitation documents were amended or changed. Note, the due date for proposals remains unchanged. Reminder - This announcement contains Sam.gov “controlled” RFP/Solicitation documents.
