Notice of Intent to Solicit From a Single Source The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) in Irving, TX 75063, intends to solicit from a single source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to CACI International, Inc. in Hanover, MD for IT Investigative License & Support Services. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP).
