## Description

The STARCOM21 network is owned and operated by Motorola Solutions. It is a statewide, 700/800 MHz, Project 25-compliant, digital, trunked voice radio network that is open to all public safety and public service agencies in the State of Illinois. Starcom21 covers the entire state of Illinois. HSI Chicago requires 300 radios for a 12-month period starting 09/01/2025.
