The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilities of the MARRS, which was established as a region-wide public safety radio network, operating under shared standards, allowing for communications interoperability between contracted entities. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
