The U.S. Embassy in Rome, Italy, provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice regarding the upcoming issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for fleet vehicle insurance for U.S. Mission Italy vehicles in Rome, Naples, Florence, and Milan. The estimated number of vehicles to be insured per year is 130. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with one option year, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. Offerors interest in the solicitation shall express their interest in writing no later than November 07, 2026, by email to both CarforaT@state.gov and RomeGSOProcurement@state.gov.
