Quotes MUST include the following to be considered compliant: PRICE: unit and extended prices, inclusive of delivery charges in USD. DELIVERY: Proposed delivery date. Contractor shall provide guarantee that installation, support services and training will be in Spanish and delivered in Guatemala City. DESCRIPTION: Description/nomenclature of the item being quoted; product literature may be provided. Quotation must demonstrate compliance with all required features. Also include description of warranty terms. Guarantee that warranty for licenses will have coverage within Guatemala.
