All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to mehtan@state.gov by 1400 hrs (India Time) on August 17, 2026. Responses will be provided to all contractors who express interest in doing business with the U.S. Government. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered. Quotation Submission: Deadline: On or before 02:00 PM, 25th August 2026 (India Time). All quotations must be received by this deadline. No quote will be accepted after this time. Submission Method: Your quotation must be submitted electronically at newdelhibids@state.gov. Quotation submitted to any other e-mail address will not be considered for evaluation.
