All requests for clarifications must be submitted in writing via E-mail to kamathsp@state.gov by 1700 hrs. (India Time) August 15, 2026. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered received after 1700 hrs. (India Time) August 15, 2026. Quotations are due by 1400 hrs. (India Time) of August 24, 2026. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to Newdelhibids@state.gov with the subject line “Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0108 for CAT6 CABLE and networking supplies”. The file size must not exceed 10MB.
