Offerors wishing to submit a quotation should follow the instructions in Section L of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit their quotation to the address specified below. Site Visit The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on August 6, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at Gate-C, Chandragupta Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, India. Prospective offerors wishing to participate must submit their interest to ChellaramaniA@state.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 4, 2026. Requests for Clarification All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to ChellaramaniA@state.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 4, 2026. Responses will be provided to all offerors who have expressed interest in doing business with the U.S. Government (USG). Questions submitted after this deadline will not be answered. Quotation Submission Quotations are due no later than 5:00 p.m. (India Standard Time) on August 11, 2026. All quotations must be submitted electronically to NewDelhiBids@state.gov, with the subject line: "Solicitation No. 191N6526Q0099 – Structural Retrofitting." Each submission must not exceed 10 MB. If the total file size exceeds 10 MB, offerors must divide the submission into multiple files, each under 10 MB, and send them as separate emails. Basis for Award The U.S. Government intends to award a contract/purchase order to the responsible offeror submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.
