The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on July 23, 2026, at 11 a.m. at the American Center, 24 Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi – 110001, India. Prospective offerors who wish to participate in the site visit should send their interest to ChellaramaniA@state.gov no later than 5 p.m. on July 13, 2026. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via email to ChellaramaniA@state.gov on or before 5 p.m. on July 13, 2026. Responses will be provided to all offerors who have expressed interest in doing business with the U.S. Government (USG). No questions received after 5 p.m. on July 13, 2026, will be answered. Quotations are due no later than 5 p.m. (India Time) on July 30, 2026.
