Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Kamathsp@state.gov by November 8, 2026 at 12 Hrs. for additional information or to arrange entry to the building along with following information: 1 Name of the person as per Aadhaar card. 2 If your company requests access for more than one person, only one individual will be allowed to carry a laptop and phone. 3 Phone number of the device you plan to carry. Quotations are due by April 16, 2026,1400 hrs. No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Last date to receive questions is April 9, 2026. To participate in this solicitation, bidders must attend the pre?quotation conference. No quotations shall be accepted after 1400 hrs. (India Time) of April 16, 2026. Quotations must be in English. Incomplete quotations will not be accepted.
