Identification: Participants must carry an original valid photo ID (Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card). Registration for Site Visit: Send your interest via email to mehtan@state.gov no later than 1100 hours on February 2, 2026. Provide complete names and contact numbers of participants. No substitutions will be permitted later. Questions/Clarifications All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to mehtan@state.gov by 1700 hours on February 2, 2026, using the attached question sheet. Responses will be posted on the website and shared with interested contractors. No questions will be accepted after February 2, 2026.
