If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section–J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in para 4 below. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on August 14, 2025, at 1145 hours at U.S. Embassy, Gate # ‘A’, Nyay Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, India. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest at ChellaramaniA@state.gov no later than 1500 hrs. on August 12, 2025. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail at ChellaramaniA@state.gov on or before 1700 hrs. August 12, 2025. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered, received after 1700 hrs. August 12, 2025. Quotations are due by 1700 hrs. (India Time) of August 19, 2025.
