If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section–J of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address provided in para 4 below. The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on May 29, 2025, at 1100 hours (India Time), at U S Embassy, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi – 110021, India. Prospective offerors who desire to participate in the site visit should send their interest to ChellaramaniA@state.gov no later than 1400 hrs. (India Time) May 27, 2025. All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing via E-mail to ChellaramaniA@state.gov by 1400 hrs. (India Time) June 2, 2025. Responses shall be provided to all contractors who showed their interest in doing business with USG. No questions shall be answered received after 1400 hrs. (India Time) June 2, 2025. Quotations are due by 1700 hrs. (India Time) of June 9, 2025.
