## Description

The purpose of this amendment is for the following :

1. To notify prospective bidders regarding sharing of film script with only those bidders that would attend the pre-quotation conference in person to be held on August 13, 2025, at 10.30HRS, at American Embassy, New Delhi.

2. To extend the date of bid submission to August 20, 2025 . The quoter is required to convey their acceptance by completing Blocks 8 above and 15A, 15B and 15C below and including the signed SF-30 in their proposal submission.

3. Amend cover letter to reflect necessary changes.
