The Embassy of the United States in New Delhi, India requires the services of a contractor to provide Trunked Digital Radio Services to American Embassy New Delhi and its Consulates in India for its Emergency Radio Program. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) for a base year with one (01), one year renewal option, under which firm fixed-price delivery orders will be placed. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://sam.gov/content/home, prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals. The Government plans to issue the solicitation on or about 1st week of July 2024.
