## Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (Procurement) is hosting an Inaugural Multi-Agency Vendor Forum Event (VFE) with the Social Security Administration (SSA), and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). This virtual event, “Perspectives from IRS, SSA, and HHS” is designed to highlight some of each agency’s initiatives.

**Tuesday, July 30, 2024 Time:** 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. ET Agenda Opening Remarks Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Contractor Security Assessment Social Security Administration (SSA) Small Business Forecast and Budget Digitalization U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Understanding the HHS Small Business Customer Experience How to Get Ready for Opportunities with (G.R.O.W.) HHS Closing Remarks If you would like to attend the VFE, please register.

Additionally, vendor one-on-one sessions with select IRS and HHS program offices will be held virtually by appointment only on Tuesday, July 30 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. ET. One-on-one sessions will be scheduled on first come, first served basis. Firms cannot request more than two (2) appointments. See registration instructions for one-on-one appointments attached to this notification. SSA will conduct an open forum with the OSDBU on Tuesday, July 30 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. ET.

See the link below to join at any time during that period. If you have general procurement questions, please include them in your VFE registration. Questions must be restricted to general procurement topics, not specific to current or upcoming requirements.
