## Description

**This project is targeted exclusively to the participating companies in the NAVFAC Washington Small Business Blue Multiple Award Construction Contract (SB Blue MACC).** This project procures site development and construction of a Sonobuoy Storage Building, an Air Ops Storage Building, and a Hazmat Storage Building that align with provided drawings and specifications. The T.O. includes an Option CLIN for Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E). **This notice and all attachments will be sent to each SB Blue MACC participant via DOD Safe.**
