## Description

This is not a request for propoals or price quotations; this is a request for information (RFI) intended for market research only. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is used.

The decision to issue a solicitation shall be solely at the Government’s discretion. Respondents will not be individually notified of the results of any government assessments.

The purpose of this announcement is to determine which firms have the capability to perform end-to-end IT systems engineering and technical support services for Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC)’s Risk Management Early Warning Legal Matter Management (RMEW), as well as other systems added to the RMEW inventory or developed to replace RMEW systems in the future.

PBGC is interested in identifying business partners to provide system engineering and information technology support services for RMEW to include development, modernization, steady state operations and maintenance (O&M), continuous product improvement through regular system releases, and professional advisory/consulting services necessary to PBGC.

A description of the specific system and technology requirements is included in Appendix A. Firms that believe they are capable of providing a viable partnership are invited to demonstrate their capability by responding to the prompts in the attached Insructions. In total, responses should not exceed five (5) pages, (However, firms are also welcome to include general marketing materials in their submissions that, when combined with the specific responses, exceed this five-page limit.)
