The Command Fleet Readiness Center East (FRCE) Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for the production and delivery of Common Support Equipment (CSE) PN-G006-2300-06 O2 Mask, Regulator, Helmet & Comm TS, for the KC-130J Program, Fleet Readiness Center East. PN G006-2300-06 is solely manufactured and distributed by Gentex Corporation CAGE CODE (60240). The OEM owns the proprietary rights to the drawing and design of this equipment and is not selling any of the rights. As the Gentex Corporation CAGE CODE (60240) is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, technical expertise and technical data to provide the required CSE. For this reason, the government intends to procure these products on a sole source basis from Gentex Corporation (CAGE Code: 60240). THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which, if received within three (3) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered.
